At the heart of our company is the metrology room, a climate-controlled environment designed to ensure maximum precision in the dimensional control of the most critical components.<\/span><\/p>

Equipped with high-performance Zeiss instruments, the room houses:<\/span><\/p>

  • 2 Zeiss Contura measuring machines<\/span><\/li>
  • 1 Zeiss Spectrum measuring machine<\/span><\/li>
  • 2 Zeiss microscopes<\/span><\/li>
  • 1 profilometer<\/span><\/li>
  • 1 endoscope<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    This equipment allows us to carry out extremely precise checks on any type of geometry, even the most complex.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    The metrology room is air-conditioned and continuously monitored to ensure constant temperature and humidity, eliminating environmental variations that can affect measurement accuracy.<\/span><\/p>

    All instruments, including bench instruments, undergo periodic calibration and verification in accordance with strict quality control protocols.<\/span><\/p>

    The activities are carried out exclusively by three highly qualified metrologists with certified training and skills, in accordance with international metrology standards.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Reverse engineering and 3D dimensional reports<\/strong><\/h5>

    In addition to quality control, our company is equipped to handle reverse engineering activities thanks to 3D laser scanning technology.<\/span><\/p>

    The digitised model can be used both for 3D testing with CAD comparison and for the complete reconstruction of the component.<\/span><\/p>
